VibroDesigner software
VibroDesigner software is used for data acquisition, storing and analyzing. Using this software with portable STD-500/510/3300 or stationary CTD3180/2160/2060 units helps to schedule machinery maintenance at a convenient time.

Available:

Local system:
Standard solution. Diagnostician works on one PC and operates, as a rule, one database. All data stored on this PC. Access to software and database available only from one PC. Diagnostician must periodically archive data in order not to lose them.
Network system with common database:
The most reliable solution “Client – Server” is used in “VibroDesigner Standard” software. In that case diagnostic database is common for all factory and is stored at server. The program “VibroDesigner SCADA” (server package) installed on server. It creates, operates and archives database automatically. The program “VibroDesigner SCADA” (client package) installed on all Operators PCs, and each Operator is able to use required database from the server.
The program “VibroDesigner Standard” is installed on Diagnostician’s PC.

«VibroDesigner Standard»
“VibroDesigner Standard” provides condition monitoring and failures preventing. Process is based on spectrum analysis of mechanical vibration. For that, vibration diagnostic maintenance of the machine is carried out. It helps to solve the following tasks:
- Using comparative analysis for defining possible changes in technical condition of the machine;
- On-line control with the set of parameters;
- Data storage for statistics and further analysis and diagnostic ;
- Failures preventing and scheduling of machinery maintenance at a convenient time ;
- Failures definition and appearance reason detection.

“VibroDesigner SCADA” (server package)
Features:
- Data acquisition from CTD3180/2160/2060;
- Receiving data about operating condition parameters from Automatic Operating System through Modbus protocol ;
- Determination of current technical condition of workshop equipment;
- Current daily trend running and archiving in files format;
- Technical condition report for shift period;
- Maintenance of daily trend archive in files format;
- Maintenance of all department inspection database and archiving in files format;
- Maintenance of 24-hours technical condition report and archiving in files format;
- Maintenance of all department machines shutdowns database and archiving in files format;
- Data e-mailing list;
- Vibration and current technical condition data transfer to Automatic Condition System through Modbus protocol.
“VibroDesigner-RT”
After installing of “VibroDesigner-RT” (Real Time) bump pack, “VibroDesigner Standard” allows to receive and browse current data (real time data) incoming through local network from Automatized Diagnostic System ASTD-2 or from CTD-3168/2160/2060 modules. It appreciable expands possibilities of vibration control and equipment diagnosis.
Software allows receive current data directly from the module and overview it in wave, spectrum, cepstrum or orbit form. It allows also receive parameter trend and overview it in trend family form.
In “real time” mode request is directed to Automatized Diagnostic System ASTD-2 or CTD-3168/2160/2060 modules, not to database.
“VibroDesigner-Archive”
“VibroDesigner-Archive” is a bump pack for “VibroDesigner Standard”. It process and store diagnostic data incoming through e-mail or local network from department servers.
“VibroDesigner-Archive” features:
- Automatic processing of e-mails from department servers
- Automatic logging of data from department servers to the “VibroDesigner Standard” database
- Automatic maintenance of machine track archive in structured file set form
- Diagnostician reports review and printing
